Life after Death البرزخ والحياة فيه

  • يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ اسْتَعِينُواْ بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلاةِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ 153
  • وَلاَ تَقُولُواْ لِمَنْ يُقْتَلُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَمْوَاتٌ بَلْ أَحْيَاء وَلَكِن لاَّ تَشْعُرُونَ 154

[ البقرة 153 – 154 ] (2)

  1. O you who have believed, seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allāhis with the patient.
  2. And do not say about those who are killed in the way of Allāh, “They are dead.” Rather, they are alive, but you perceive [it] not.

2-AlBaqarah

  • وَلاَ تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ قُتِلُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَمْوَاتًا بَلْ أَحْيَاء عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ يُرْزَقُونَ
  • فَرِحِينَ بِمَا آتَاهُمُ اللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ وَيَسْتَبْشِرُونَ بِالَّذِينَ لَمْ يَلْحَقُواْ بِهِم مِّنْ خَلْفِهِمْ أَلاَّ خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلاَ هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ
  • يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ بِنِعْمَةٍ مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَفَضْلٍ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ لاَ يُضِيعُ أَجْرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ 171

[ آل عمران  169 – 171 ] (3)

  1. And never think of those who have been killed in the cause of Allāhas dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision,
  2. Rejoicing in what Allāh has bestowed upon them of His bounty, and they receive good tidings about those [to be martyred] after them who have not yet joined them – that there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve.
  3. They receive good tidings of favor from Allāhand bounty and [of the fact] that Allāh does not allow the reward of believers to be lost.

3-Al’Imran

  • وَالَّذِينَ هَاجَرُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ قُتِلُوا أَوْ مَاتُوا لَيَرْزُقَنَّهُمُ اللَّهُ رِزْقًا حَسَنًا وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَهُوَ خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ 58
  • لَيُدْخِلَنَّهُم مُّدْخَلا يَرْضَوْنَهُ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَعَلِيمٌ حَلِيمٌ 59

[ الحج 58 –  59 ] (22)

  1. And those who emigrated for the cause of Allāhand then were killed or died – Allāhwill surely provide for them a good provision. And indeed, it is Allāh who is the best of providers.
  2. He will surely cause them to enter an entrance with which they will be pleased, and indeed, Allāhis Knowing and Forbearing.

22-AlHajj

  • حَتَّى إِذَا جَاءَ أَحَدَهُمُ الْمَوْتُ قَالَ رَبِّ ارْجِعُونِ 99
  • لَعَلِّي أَعْمَلُ صَالِحًا فِيمَا تَرَكْتُ كَلاَّ إِنَّهَا كَلِمَةٌ هُوَ قَائِلُهَا وَمِن وَرَائِهِم بَرْزَخٌ إِلَى يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ 100

[ المؤمنون 99 – 100 ] (23)

  1. [For such is the state of the disbelievers], until, when death comes to one of them, he says, “My Lord, send me back
  2. That I might do righteousness in that which I left behind.” No! It is only a word he is saying; and behind them is a barrier until the Day they are resurrected.

23-AlMu’minun

  • وَمَا أَنتُم بِمُعْجِزِينَ فِي الأَرْضِ وَلا فِي السَّمَاء وَمَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِ اللَّهِ مِن وَلِيٍّ وَلا نَصِيرٍ 22

[ العنكبوت : 22 ] (29)

  1. And you will not cause failure [to Allāh] upon the earth or in the heaven. And you have not other than Allāhany protector or any helper.

29-AlAnkabut

  • قِيلَ ادْخُلِ الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ يَا لَيْتَ قَوْمِي يَعْلَمُونَ 26
  • بِمَا غَفَرَ لِي رَبِّي وَجَعَلَنِي مِنَ الْمُكْرَمِينَ 27
  • وَمَا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَى قَوْمِهِ مِن بَعْدِهِ مِنْ جُندٍ مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ وَمَا كُنَّا مُنزِلِينَ
  • إِن كَانَتْ إِلاَّ صَيْحَةً وَاحِدَةً فَإِذَا هُمْ خَامِدُونَ 29

[ يس 26 – 29 ] (36)

  1. It was said, “Enter Paradise.” He said, “I wish my people could know
  2. Of how my Lord has forgiven me and placed me among the honored.”
  3. And We did not send down upon his people after him any soldiers from the heaven, nor would We have done so.
  4. It was not but one shout, and immediately they were extinguished.

36-YaSin

  • فَوَقَاهُ اللَّهُ سَيِّئَاتِ مَا مَكَرُوا وَحَاقَ بِآلِ فِرْعَوْنَ سُوءُ الْعَذَابِ 45
  • النَّارُ يُعْرَضُونَ عَلَيْهَا غُدُوًّا وَعَشِيًّا وَيَوْمَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ أَدْخِلُوا آلَ فِرْعَوْنَ أَشَدَّ الْعَذَابِ 46

[ غافر 45 – 46 ] (40)

  1. So Allāhprotected him from the evils they plotted, and the people of Pharaoh were enveloped by the worst of punishment –
  2. The Fire, they are exposed to it morning and evening. And the Day the Hour appears [it will be said], “Make the people of Pharaoh enter the severest punishment.”

40-Ghafir

  • إِنَّ هَذِهِ تَذْكِرَةٌ فَمَن شَاء اتَّخَذَ إِلَى رَبِّهِ سَبِيلا 29
  • وَمَا تَشَاؤُونَ إِلاَّ أَن يَشَاء اللَّهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا
  • يُدْخِلُ مَن يَشَاء فِي رَحْمَتِهِ وَالظَّالِمِينَ أَعَدَّ لَهُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا 31

[ الانسان 29 -31 ]  ( 76 )

  1. Indeed, this is a reminder, so he who wills may take to his Lord a way.
  2. And you do not will except that Allāh wills. Indeed, Allāh is ever Knowing and Wise.
  3. He admits whom He wills into His mercy; but the wrongdoers – He has prepared for them a painful punishment.

79-AlInsan

  • يَا أَيَّتُهَا النَّفْسُ الْمُطْمَئِنَّةُ 27
  • ارْجِعِي إِلَى رَبِّكِ رَاضِيَةً مَّرْضِيَّةً
  • فَادْخُلِي فِي عِبَادِي
  • وَادْخُلِي جَنَّتِي 30

[ الفجر 27 – 30 ] (89)

  1. [To the righteous it will be said], “O reassured soul,
  2. Return to your Lord, well-pleased and pleasing [to Him],
  3. And enter among My [righteous] servants
  4. And enter My Paradise.”
