Prophet Mohammed

Prophet Mohammed

  1. Say, [O Muúammad], “If you should love Allāh, then follow me, [so] Allāhwill love you and forgive you your sins. And Allāh is Forgiving and Merciful.”
  2. Say, “Obey Allāh and the Messenger.” But if they turn away – then indeed, Allāh does not like the disbelievers.

3-Al’Imran

  1. So by mercy from Allāh, [O Muúammad], you were lenient with them. And if you had been rude [in speech] and harsh in heart, they would have disbanded from about you. So pardon them and ask forgiveness for them and consult them in the matter. And when you have decided, then rely upon Allāh. Indeed, Allāhloves those who rely [upon Him].
  2. If Allāh should aid you, no one can overcome you; but if He should forsake you, who is there that can aid you after Him? And upon Allāh let the believers rely.

3-Al’Imran

  1. O People of the Scripture, there has come to you Our Messenger making clear to you much of what you used to conceal of the Scripture and overlooking much. There has come to you from Allāha light and a clear Book.
  2. By which Allāh guides those who pursue His pleasure to the ways of peace and brings them out from darknesses into the light, by His permission, and guides them to a straight path.

5-AlMa’idah

  1. Say, [O Muúammad], “I do not tell you that I have the depositories [containing the provision] of Allāhor that I know the unseen, nor do I tell you that I am an angel. I only follow what is revealed to me.” Say, “Is the blind equivalent to the seeing? Then will you not give thought?”

6-AlAn’am

  1. He who obeys the Messenger has obeyed Allāh; but those who turn away – We have not sent you over them as a guardian.
  2. And they say, “[We pledge] obedience.” But when they leave you, a group of them spend the night determining to do other than what you say. But Allāh records what they plan by night. So leave them alone and rely upon Allāh. And sufficient is Allāh as Disposer of affairs.

4-AnNisa’

  1. Say, “Indeed, my Lord has guided me to a straight path – a correct religion – the way of Abraham, inclining toward truth. And he was not among those who associated others with Allāh.”
  2. Say, “Indeed, my prayer, my rites of sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allāh, Lord of the worlds.
  3. No partner has He. And this I have been commanded, and I am the first [among you] of the Muslims.”
  4. Say, “Is it other than AllāhI should desire as a lord while He is the Lord of all things? And every soul earns not [blame] except against itself, and no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another. Then to your Lord is your return, and He will inform you concerning that over which you used to differ.”

6-AlAn’am

  1. Those who follow the Messenger, the Unlettered Prophet, whom they find mentioned in the Torah and the Gospel in their possession. He directs them to righteousness, and deters them from evil, and allows for them all good things, and prohibits for them wickedness, and unloads the burdens and the shackles that are upon them. Those who believe in him, and respect him, and support him, and follow the light that came down with him—these are the successful.
  2. Say, “O people, I am the Messenger of God to you all—He to whom belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. There is no god but He. He gives life and causes death.” So believe in God and His Messenger, the Unlettered Prophet, who believes in God and His words. And follow him, that you may be guided.
  3. Among the people of Moses is a community that guides by truth, and thereby does justice.

7-AlA’raf

9-AtTaubah

  1. If you are in doubt about what We revealed to you, ask those who read the Scripture before you. The truth has come to you from your Lord, so do not be of those who doubt.
  2. And do not be of those who deny God’s revelations, lest you become one of the losers.

10-Yunus

  1. And those who disbelieved say, “Why has a sign not been sent down to him from his Lord?” Say, [O Muúammad], “Indeed, Allāhleaves astray whom He wills and guides to Himself whoever turns back [to Him] –

13-ArRa’d

  1. And those who have disbelieved say, “You are not a messenger.” Say, [O Muúammad], “Sufficient is Allāhas Witness between me and you, and [the witness of] whoever has knowledge of the Scripture.”

13-ArRa’d

  1. And We have certainly given you, [O Muúammad], seven of the often repeated [verses] and the great Qur’ān.
  2. Do not extend your eyes toward that by which We have given enjoyment to [certain] categories of the disbelievers, and do not grieve over them. And lower your wing to the believers
  3. And say, “Indeed, I am the clear warner” –

15-AlHijr

  1. Then declare what you are commanded and turn away from the polytheists.
  2. Indeed, We are sufficient for you against the mockers
  3. Who make [equal] with Allāh another deity. But they are going to know.
  4. And We already know that your breast is constrained by what they say.
  5. So exalt [Allāh] with praise of your Lord and be of those who prostrate [to Him].

15-AlHijr

  1. And when those who disbelieve see you, [O Muúammad], they take you not except in ridicule, [saying], “Is this the one who insults your gods?” And they are, at the mention of the Most Merciful, disbelievers.

21-AlAnbiya’

  1. And already were messengers ridiculed before you, but those who mocked them were enveloped by what they used to ridicule.

21-AlAnbiya’

  1. [Allāhpraises] those who convey the messages of Allāh and fear Him and do not fear anyone but Allāh. And sufficient is Allāh as Accountant.
  2. Muúammad is not the father of [any] one of your men, but [he is] the Messenger of Allāhand last of the prophets. And ever is Allāh, of all things, Knowing.

33-AlAhzab

  1. Indeed, Allāhconfers blessing upon the Prophet, and His angels [ask Him to do so]. O you who have believed, ask [Allāh to confer] blessing upon him and ask [Allāh to grant him] peace.
  2. Indeed, those who abuse Allāh and His Messenger – Allāh has cursed them in this world and the Hereafter and prepared for them a humiliating punishment.
  3. And those who harm believing men and believing women for [something] other than what they have earned have certainly born upon themselves a slander and manifest sin.

33-AlAhzab

  1. And We have not sent you except comprehensively to mankind as a bringer of good tidings and a warner. But most of the people do not know.
  2. And they say, “When is this promise, if you should be truthful?”
  3. Say, “For you is the appointment of a Day [when] you will not remain thereafter an hour, nor will you precede [it].”

34-Saba’

  1. And it is not for any human being that Allāhshould speak to him except by revelation or from behind a partition or that He sends a messenger to reveal, by His permission, what He wills. Indeed, He is Most High and Wise.
  2. And thus We have revealed to you an inspiration of Our command. You did not know what is the Book or [what is] faith, but We have made it a light by which We guide whom We will of Our servants. And indeed, [O Muúammad], you guide to a straight path –
  3. The path of Allāh, to whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Unquestionably, to Allāh do [all] matters evolve.

42-AshShura

  1. Say, “I am not something original among the messengers, nor do I know what will be done with me or with you. I only follow that which is revealed to me, and I am not but a clear warner.”
  2. Say, “Have you considered: if the Qur’ān was from Allāh, and you disbelieved in it while a witness from the Children of Israel has testified to something similar and believed while you were arrogant…?” Indeed, Allāh does not guide the wrongdoing people.
  3. And those who disbelieve say of those who believe, “If it had [truly] been good, they would not have preceded us to it.” And when they are not guided by it, they will say, “This is an ancient falsehood.”
  4. And before it was the scripture of Moses to lead and as a mercy. And this is a confirming Book in an Arabic tongue to warn those who have wronged and as good tidings to the doers of good.

46-AlAhqaf

  1. Muúammad is the Messenger of Allāh; and those with him are forceful against the disbelievers, merciful among themselves. You see them bowing and prostrating [in prayer], seeking bounty from Allāhand [His] pleasure. Their mark is on their faces from the trace of prostration. That is their description in the Torah. And their description in the Gospel is as a plant which produces its offshoots and strengthens them so they grow firm and stand upon their stalks, delighting the sowers – so that Allāh may enrage by them the disbelievers. Allāh has promised those who believe and do righteous deeds among them forgiveness and a great reward.

48-AlFath
