2-Al-Baqarah

2-Al-Baqarah

  3. And I will mislead them, and I will arouse in them [sinful] desires, and I will command them so they will slit the ears of cattle, and I will command them so they will change the creation of Allāh.” And whoever takes Satan as an ally instead of Allāh has certainly sustained a clear loss.

  2. O children of Adam, let not Satan tempt you as he removed your parents from Paradise, stripping them of their clothing to show them their private parts. Indeed, he sees you, he and his tribe, from where you do not see them. Indeed, We have made the devils allies to those who do not believe.
  3. And when they commit an immorality, they say, “We found our fathers doing it, and Allāh has ordered us to do it.” Say, “Indeed, Allāh does not order immorality. Do you say about Allāh that which you do not know?”

7-Al-A‘rāf

  2. Except, among them, Your chosen servants.”

  4. Indeed, My servants – no authority will you have over them, except those who follow you of the deviators.
  5. And indeed, Hell is the promised place for them all.
  6. It has seven gates; for every gate is of them a portion designated.”

15-Al-Hajir

  1. So when you recite the Qur’ān, [first] seek refuge in Allāhfrom Satan, the expelled [from His mercy].

  3. His authority is only over those who take him as an ally and those who through him associate others with Allāh.

16-An-Naúl

  2. Your Lord is most knowing of you. If He wills, He will have mercy upon you; or if He wills, He will punish you. And We have not sent you, [O Muúammad], over them as a manager.
  3. And your Lord is most knowing of whoever is in the heavens and the earth. And We have made some of the prophets exceed others [in various ways], and to David We gave the book [of Psalms].

17-Al-Isrā’

  1. Shall I inform you upon whom the devils descend?
  2. They descend upon every sinful liar.
  3. They pass on what is heard, and most of them are liars.
  4. And the poets – [only] the deviators follow them;
  5. Do you not see that in every valley they roam
  6. And that they say what they do not do? –
  7. Except those [poets] who believe and do righteous deeds and remember Allāhoften and defend [the Muslims] after they were wronged. And those who have wronged are going to know to what [kind of] return they will be returned.

26-Ash-Shu‘arā’

  3. Those who disbelieve will have a severe punishment, and those who believe and do righteous deeds will have forgiveness and great reward.

35-Fātir

  1. Did I not enjoin upon you, O children of Adam, that you not worship Satan – [for] indeed, he is to you a clear enemy –
  2. And that you worship [only] Me?  This is a straight path.
  3. And he had already led astray from among you much of creation, so did you not use reason?
  4. This is the Hellfire which you were promised.
  5. [Enter to] burn therein today for what you used to deny.”

36-YaSin

  1. [The hypocrites are] like the example of Satan when he says to man, “Disbelieve.” But when he disbelieves, he says, “Indeed, I am disassociated from you. Indeed, I fear Allāh, Lord of the worlds.”
  2. So the outcome for both of them is that they will be in the Fire, abiding eternally therein. And that is the recompense of the wrong-doers.

59-Al-Hashr
