Divorce الطلاق

  • (2178) عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رضي الله عَنْهُمَا قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم :  (( أَبْغَضُ الحَلَالِ إِلَى اللهِ الطَّلَاقُ ))

( سنن أبي داود )

It was narrated from ‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar that

the Messenger of Allah said: “The most hated of permissible things to Allah is divorce

(Sunan Abi Dawud)

  •  (2194) عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله عنه أَنَّ رَسُولَ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ : ((  ثَلَاثٌ جَدُّهُنَّ  جَدٌّ ؛ وَهَزْلُهُنَّ جَدٌّ : النِّكَاحُ وَالطَّلَاقُ وَالرِّجْعَةُ  ))

Narrated AbuHuray

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: There are three things which, whether undertaken seriously or in jest, are treated as serious: Marriage, divorce and taking back a wife (after a divorce which is not final)

  • (2210) عَنْ أَبِي تَمِيمَةَ الهُجَيْمِي  أَنَّ رَجُلاً  قَالَ لامْرَأَتِهِ : يَا أُخَيَّةُ ؛ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم (( أُخْتُكَ هِيَ ؟ )) فَكَرِهَ ذَلِكَ وَنَهَى عَنْهُ .

Narrated Tamimah al-Hujayni

A man said to his wife: O my younger sister! The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Is she your sister? He (the Prophet disliked it and prohibited saying so

  • 2223) عن ثوبان  قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : (( أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ سَأَلَتْ زَوْجَهَا طَلَاقًا فِي غَيْرِ مَا بَأْسٍ فَحَرَامٌ عَلَيْهَا رَائِحَةُ الجَنَّةِ ))

Narrated Thawban

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: If any woman asks her husband for divorce without some strong reason, the odour of Paradise will be forbidden to her
